Lead Capital Markets Limited (the “Company”) may elect to grant a Benefit/Award/Gift (hereinafter the “Award”) to Clients subject to certain terms and conditions as shall be determined by the Company, at its sole discretion.
The clients will be able to receive any of the below Awards as soon as they complete the registration except for Customers residing in Restricted Jurisdictions mentioned in the Retail Client Agreement and also in any of the following jurisdictions:

If you do not wish to receive the Award or cancel it, you may notify Customer Support either through contacting email@example.com or through your account manager.
Note that each Award is governed inter alia by separate Terms and Conditions.
a.Introductory Gift $25
The Introductory Gift is available to all clients (in WebTrader Platform) who register for an account with the Company and satisfy the relevant requirements.
A client will receive this Gift only once upon completing registration, in the respective base currency of the Account. The Gift is immediately available for trading. The Introductory Gift does not depend on deposits.
Only the profits generated from the gift are immediately withdrawable following the Client’s compliance with the Company’s onboarding process which includes, among others the provision of:
1. Proof of Identity - A clear, up-to-date copy of a government issued picture document that includes the Client’s full name (as mentioned in the Account), date of birth and expiration date, such as a passport.
2. Proof of residence – A recent (not older than 6 months) clear copy of a bank statement, utility bill or local authority tax bill, indicating the Client’s name (as mentioned in the Account), date of issue and address of residence.
In case of losses the client’s deposit and the gift will be reduced proportionally upon withdrawal.
b.Mobile App Install Gift $20
This Gift will be available to the eligible Client when the Company sends the Client an e-mail and/or log-in message in a web Electronic Trading Platform containing an offer to accept this Gift.
To be eligible for the Gift, Clients need to have satisfied all the below criteria:
1. Successfully registered for an Account with the Company and have satisfied all KYC and other requirements for such registration in accordance with the Investment Services Agreement for Retail and Professional Clients (“ISA”);
2. Logged in to their Account from one of the Company’s non-mobile web Electronic Trading Platforms
3. Received an offer to accept the Award
A Client will receive this Gift only once, when all above criteria are met, in the respective base currency of the Account. The Gift is immediately available for trading. The Mobile App Install Gift does not depend on deposits and can be immediately withdrawn and/or any profits derived from it.
c. Other Programs
Rebate Loyalty Program
All funded clients regardless whether they are active or inactive, based on their life time from the first deposit will be eligible for the Rebate Loyalty Program. Based on seniority and spreads, clients see cash in their account every week.
Percentages of rebate allocated based on seniority:
0-3 months - 5% rebate
3-6 months - 10% rebate
6-12 months - 15% rebate
1-2 years- 20% rebate
2-3 years - 25% rebate
Over 3 years - up to 30%
1) Notifications and Duration of Offer
Clients shall be notified of the Spread Rebate Loyalty Program via email and will be informed of the methodology that will be followed to pay into their account a portion of the spread generated from their trading (the “Rebate”). The allowable Rebate per client shall be covered depending on the life time of our client.
The rebate will be credited into the client’s account automatically on a weekly basis every Monday and the Rebate Loyalty Program shall be of a duration of 365 days from the day the feature is activated for the client.
2) Technical Aspects of the Program
The CRM of the Company shall allow for each client to be added to the Rebate Loyalty Program. Clients will have full transparency on the rebates received in total and on a per instrument basis which will always be immediately available for withdrawal with no conditions attached to it.
It is on the Company’s sole discretion to accept or reject any clients for this program.
The Award will be immediately revoked from customers who appear to be in abuse of the spirit of this offer. LCM reserves the right to cancel/remove an Award at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer. “Abuse” and “Abusive Behaviour” includes, but is not limited to, the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple benefits, the client by himself or in collusion with others behaves in a manner that may be deemed that the sole intention is to extract the Award, trading activity patterns that suggest fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage or attempts to garner risk free profits through the use of the Award.
Further, where any single term of the Award offer is breached or there is any reasonable suspicion by LCM that a customer has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage, LCM reserves the right to cancel any attempted withdrawal of profits, temporarily or permanently close or suspend the account(s) that have been deemed abusive, cancel any orders and annul all profits. Under these circumstances LCM shall not be held liable for any consequences of benefit cancellation, including but not limited to cancellation of orders and closure to positions.
LCM is the sole arbiter of these here Awards and Gifts Terms and Conditions and any other issue arising under this promotion. Exceptions to these are at the sole discretion of LCM’s management, and any decisions to this effect are final. LCM reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
LCM will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading in relation to this offer. There is a substantial risk that you may lose all of your initial investment.
